Once in a Blue Moon

In 2020, I fell ill with a rare disease. Despite a successful recovery, the experiences still return four years later in the form of nightmares. "Once in a Blue Moon" is a photo series about the power of dreams to override temporal boundaries. In the work, I mix photographs from the time of the illness with current images, developed using the cyanotype process.

This series was exhibited in the Female Photoclub Kraft exhibition in 2024
